CLASSES
At leo_yoga_love you will find online classes for Pilates and Vinyasa Yoga and classes in Frankfurt's studios where I teach. But there is also the option to train with me one on one in person or via online classes.
In my online shop you have the opportunity to order a new yoga and pilates outfit.
YOGA CLASSES
Which yoga I teach depends primarily on my group or the wishes of the individual yogis.
Mostly I teach a Vinyasa flow with some elements from Asthanga Yoga. I am happy to finish on a 90 min. Lesson with long-lasting sitting poses, from Yin Yoga. A hatha yoga class also has its charms if you want to hold the asanas longer and stay longer in the poses. Often it is possible to better harmonize asanas and pranayama here. This lesson is often a good start for yoga beginners, but also a challenge for all yogis, as one becomes even more aware that body and mind are connected through breathing.

PILATES
Pilates is one of the best methods of not only strengthening your whole body, but also specifically training your pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles. My favorite thing is to do a Pilates lesson in 4 blocks of 15 minutes each. Starting with standing to warm up the buttocks, legs, arms around the powerhouse (located between the lower costal arch and the hip bones). I like to use small devices such as elastic straps, softballs, foam rollers. After the standing exercises, the back muscles, then the side abdominal muscles, and finally the front abdominal muscles are trained. The exercise blocks consistently alternate between classic Pilates exercises such as swimming, Hundreds, single leg kick series, teaser and many more. Take part and you will see how quickly you can get to 10x 10.

Reformer
Individual reformer classes are available every day by appointment. Learn the correct posture and the original Pilates Reformer exercises to strengthen your body from within and increase flexibility. Carry your newly acquired knowledge of body posture into your everyday life. Pilates with the Reformer offers you a versatile training that improves the stability of your hips and shoulders, but above all, promotes the perfect alignment of your body. You will learn to connect your breathing, body, and mind and feel more comfortable in your own skin after each training session. The spine is moved in extension, flexion, lateral flexion, and rotation, which helps you maintain your mobility well into old age. As J.H. Pilates once said, "You are only as young as your spine is flexible."
